Super Nebula Series

Our Super Nebula Imperial Stout and its variants are matured in rotating bourbon barrels each year, then conditioned on organic, direct-trade Tanzanian cocoa nibs specially selected to complement its decadent character.

Every February for the release, we also offer curated food specials crafted by our Executive Chef, Sarah, specialty bourbon cocktails by our front-of-house managers, and a chance to try a selection of specialty bourbons.

Late Fall Bottle Release

The Late Fall Bottle Release is centered around the release of Imagine Belgian Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels and Figgy Pudding English Barleywine aged in brandy barrels. We also release a different Imagine variant each year and celebrate with a series of events.

Turbulent Consequence

Turbulent Consequence is our turbid mashed, extended boiled, lambic-style ale spontaneously fermented and matured in our underground wild cellars.

Willa & Cassidy

Blended each year in celebration of Nick & Kristen’s daughter Willa's birth. A solera-style blending of barrel-matured farmhouse ales; each year contains a portion of all prior vintages. Lively, bright, and complex, this beer is almost as unique as Willa herself.

Inspired by Nick & Kristen’s daughter, Cassidy is matured in Sauternes wine barrels and conditioned on spring flowers and honey from her grandpa's hive. Blended every spring since 2015, each bottle contains a portion of all previous years' blends.
